  9. wild dancing mobs before she had them declared illegal? Well,
  10. it's like this. Take a few sound bites from her speeches, add
  11. an electronic beat -- and here it is: Maggie's Last Party, out
  12. this week in Britain. Intones her voice: "Let's have a party.
  13. Cool party. Never mind the politics." She also makes a personal
  14. plug: "Yes, I'm outstanding! Yes, I'm tremendous! Yes, I am
